Wiki2Web.com is an authoring studio that allows users to create, edit, and export educational materials such as flashcards, worksheets, study guides, and interactive games ("Kits"). The content for these Kits is generated using a combination of data fetched from third-party APIs (such as Wikipedia) and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Service for any lawful purpose, so long as you abide by the Creative Commons ShareAlike Licence on which the base data of this site is founded upon
This includes creating, downloading, printing, sharing, and modifying the Kits you generate for personal, educational, or commercial use, provided such use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy and Liability

IMPORTANT: The information and materials generated by the Service are created through a manully reviewed, but automated processes, including AI models and data from the Wikipedia API. As such, the content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.

You, the user, are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you generate and use.

Artificial General Intelligence LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm, whether direct or indirect, arising from any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the content provided by the Service. You agree to use the generated materials at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
To generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Content derived from Wikipedia is subject to its respective Creative Commons licenses, and you are responsible for adhering to those terms.
To disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
